MiTek Cares exists to encourage, offer, and motivate MiTek's partners to participate in self development and career growth opportunities.

Through the MiTek Cares program, you will have the opportunity to participate in "on the job training and mentoring" by partners experienced in their field. You may also have access to internal training programs; such as: interactive online presentations, product knowledge seminars, and web based training programs designed to improve your knowledge in many beneficial areas. MiTek also offers education reimbursement, to aid in your development through outside educational opportunities. At MiTek, we care about our people and we care about their success. Education Reimbursement

MiTek offers education reimbursement to our partners to assist with additional training and development opportunities within your career path. This program provides reimbursement for tuition and certain educational fees. Reimbursement is limited to an annual maximum after one year of continued service

MiTek encourages training and development, by offering opportunities to attend conferences, seminars, and other training functions specific to your career path within MiTek.

MiTek CARES Educational Classes

MiTek offers several weekly "Listen & Learn" product-specific educational classes for both consumer and commercial audio products. These classes provide the basic understanding of our products, product applications, and product market use through acoustic theory and product knowledge training. Each session takes place in our showroom, so live demonstrations and actual product handling may be used in the training.
