ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide consumer audio technical assistance and confer with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints. Via phone, investigate basic and complex audio design problems. Will provide product and design recommendation to engineers and sales team. Provide technical assistance and recommendations to consumers and issue and track return authorization (RA) #’s for warranty repair as needed.
ESSENTIAL TASKS Develop technical and/or product specific overviews for inclusion in the MiTek monthly newsletter and communications meetings. Report any important customer product comments to the appropriate department and/or through the use of MiTek’s CAPA process and recommends improvements in products.

High School Education or its equivalent
Six months to one year related experience in the Consumer audio industry
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to learn our internal software as needed
Prior car audio experience in a technical rolePrior call center experiencePrior sale experiencePrior car stereo install experience
